S. Michael Scheeringa is a founding partner of SAR Trilogy Management (SAR-T), LLC, H&S Capital Group, LLC (H&S). SAR-T is an aviation focused investment company. H&S is a technology focused investment company.
Until May 2015, Mr. Scheeringa was the President & Chief Executive Officer of BBA Aviation’s Flight Support division. The +$1.4B division contains BBA Aviation’s Signature Flight Support and Aircraft Service International Group (ASIG) business units. BBA Aviation, plc. (BBA) is a London Stock Exchange listed company, FTSE 200, with roots dating back to 1870.
Signature Flight Support is the world’s largest operator of fixed base operations (fbo) with 117 locations on 5 continents. A fbo primarily provides fuel, hangars and private terminals for business jets. ASIG is a commercial jet fueling and ground handling business. ASIG operates in 85 locations, primarily in the North America and the United Kingdom. Michael joined BBA Aviation as the President of Signature in 2009 and was promoted to the newly created division CEO role in January 2012.
Michael’s background includes commercial and general aviation. Before joining BBA Aviation, Michael was Chief Executive Officer of Flight Options, LLC.; where he led a voluntary restructuring and financial turnaround of the fractional private jet company. Prior to that, Michael spent 13 years at US Airways where he held several officer level positions including operations, planning, and the oversight of several of the company’s wholly-owned subsidiaries. He earned a degree in transportation and logistics management from Arizona State University. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Chief Executives Organization (CEO), and is a past Chairman of the National Air Transport Association (NATA). He currently serves as the Governor of Florida’s appointee to the Central Florida Expressway Authority.

Mr. Hill is the Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director of H&S Capital Group. H&S is a technology focused investment company. He is also the President of Hill/Gray Seven, a privately held commercial development and investment firm specializing in retail, office, medical, and high end multi-family properties. Hill/Gray Seven is the preferred developer for several Fortune 500 companies and currently operates in 15 states. Mr. Hill also owns and operates many restaurant establishments throughout the Southeastern United States. Lastly Mr. Hill is the Founder of Red Castle Farms. Red Castle is a thoroughbred horse racing corporation located in Pasadena California.
Gregg Hill is a consummate executive and entrepreneur whose business enterprises extend throughout the United States and employ thousands in many different business environments.
In 1998, Mr. Hill was the No. 1 tennis recruit in the United States. He attended the University of Southern California on an athletic tennis scholarship and later played professional tennis. Mr. Hill was a professional tennis player and the doubles partner of Tommy Haas. He has been featured on television shows 60 Minutes and ESPN.
Mr. Hill’s civic involvement includes serving as a Board Member for the Orlando Chapter and Southern Regional Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization. He is also involved with the American Diabetes Association in the Orlando area and was named the ADA’s “Father of the Year” in 2013. Mr. Hill was recently recognized as one of Orlando's 40 under 40 nominees in 2014.
